York, PA – White Rose Credit Union employees and members recently participated in a clothing drive for the Northeast Neighborhood Association in York, Pennsylvania.

The Northeast Neighborhood Association (NENA), established in 1996, operates Chrystal’s Place, a resource center located at 216 Chestnut Street in York City. The center provides free food, clothing, diapers, and household items for anyone in need. The center remains a staple of the community as a valuable resource to the neighborhood.

During the drop off, members of the marketing team got a tour of some of the updates at Chrystal’s place, including the community garden at the back of the property that allows local neighbors to plant and grow foods, flowers, and other greenery. Chrystal’s place even grows a few of their own fruits and vegetables to provide their visitors.
