White Rose Credit Union Adopts a Family

White Rose Credit Union employees recently came together to fulfill a Christmas wish list for a local family through the YWCA York’s Adopt a Family Program.

The program aims to promote the spirit of giving during the holiday season while providing gifts to the local families that are involved in the YWCA York’s childcare, youth, and domestic violence programs.

The credit union has made it a holiday tradition to participate in the effort, collecting the wish list items and hosting a wrapping party during lunches to properly wrap and label the gifts before they are dropped off at the YWCA. The all-staff initiative builds morale, offers every individual the chance to give back, and supports the credit union philosophy of people helping people!
