We know you’re busy. Managing your money shouldn’t slow you down. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to access your accounts on the go with WRCU mobile banking.

Check your balance, make transfers, and make payments in seconds—wherever you are, right from your smartphone or other mobile device. For more information regarding this service, please contact any of our local branches or one of our Senior Member Service Representatives.


(New) Remote Control Cards

You can log into Online Banking or the Mobile App and instantly enable/disable your debit or credit card.

Examples of when you can use Remote Control Cards:

• Misplaced card.

• On vacation and you don’t want to take the chance your card being used if it is compromised, lost or stolen.

• You don’t use your debit or credit card very often and you don’t want to take the chance of your card being used if it is compromised, lost or stolen.

• If you have previously disabled your card through the mobile app or online, it can be enabled instantly. This can be done immediately before you are going to complete a transaction.

• If your card is lost or stolen, you can disable your card. To permanently block and request a new card, you must call White Rose Credit Union at (1.888.755.9773).

Examples of when you can’t use Remote Control Cards:

• Remove a block that has been placed on your card by Falcon or White Rose Credit Union.

• Activate a new card.

To access remote control cards go to the Menu, then:

• Online – Remote Control Cards is under “Accounts”

• Mobile App – Remote Control Cards is under “Services”


(New) Mobile Deposit

WRCU now has mobile deposit. Deposit checks anywhere you are using the WRCU mobile app. It’s easy and convenient!

Make sure you are signed up for online banking and have downloaded the WRCU mobile app.

Endorse the back of your check and include “For Mobile Deposit Only (account number) WRCU.

  1. Look for the icon on the bottom menu that says Deposit under the picture of a camera
  2. Tap the Deposit icon and follow the instructions. Capture both sides of the check
  3. Submit the check for deposit

Android Users

  1. Log into the WRCU mobile app
  2. Tap the bars in the left-hand corner for the menu
  3. Look for Services and select remote deposit 
  4. Tap Remote Deposit and follow the instructions. Capture both sides of the check
  5. Submit the check for deposit

If Remote Deposit Does Not Appear (Android Users)

  1. A force stop must be performed on the WRCU mobile app 
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Apps
  4. Select the WRCU mobile app
  5. A screen will appear giving the option to uninstall or force stop
  6. Select Force Stop 
  7. Log back into the WRCU mobile app and remote deposit should appear
