White Rose Credit Union Announces Merger With Local 229 IBEW FCU

White Rose Credit Union is proud to welcome its newest members from the Local 229 IBEW FCU. Local 229, an International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union’s credit union in York, PA, recently merged with White Rose Credit Union, allowing over 500 new members access to a full array of financial services and superior customer service.

As an added convenience, White Rose Credit Union will be opening a satellite branch location, in the building that currently houses the Local 229 IBEW organization.

With the addition of the new satellite branch in Manchester PA, members will now have access to 5 public branches (once the lobbies reopen due to modified operations as a result of COVID-19), over 70 years of serving the community, and a strong tradition of the “people helping people” philosophy.

White Rose Credit Union is eager to continue growing in the York Pennsylvania community and providing top-notch, personalized customer service to the members that call this credit union home.
