Come and say “HELLO”  to Deb Kauffman as she will be tied to the light post starting at 7 AM.  You will find her in front of our Downtown Branch located at 107 East Philadelphia Street in York.

We will be taking cash donations at all branches including on the street where the action is happening.   All donations will be given to the York City Fire Department.
